We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unable to process return requests.
How to Request a Return
Contact our support team at fryguy@cheapaschips.us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Please include photos if the item arrived damaged or defective. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including shipping.
Change of Mind Returns
If the item is in unused, unopened condition with original packaging, we're happy to help. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items used, worn, or missing original packaging
- Personal care and hygiene products (opened)
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please request a return for your current order and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
